Every Bauxssie box is built and hand-burned in our Dee Why workshop. The wordmark is pressed into the wood with a heated brass stamp. The ribbon is hand-tied. Nothing about a Bauxssie is fast, and nothing should be.

IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free on all orders over $150.
For orders under $150, a flat delivery fee of $19.95 applies Australia-wide. No surprises, no hidden charges.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. That includes homes, offices, PO boxes and parcel lockers. Wherever your gift needs to go, we’ll get it there.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Dispatch within 48 hours of your order. Delivery time depends on your location and Australia Post.
IS EVERY BOX THE SAME?
No two themes are alike. Each box is curated around its theme, and sizes vary between boxes. What you see on the product page is what ships — and if an item ever becomes unavailable, we replace it with something of equal or higher value, and we'll always let you know.
HOW HARD IS IT TO OPEN?
It's all part of the fun — and it's designed to be safe.
The crowbar version takes a little effort, but you won't need any tools beyond the one we provide. Puzzle, maze and lock options rely more on brainpower than strength.
And if the puzzle proves too tricky, there's always a backup — a saw for the lock, or trying the keys one by one until it clicks.
All boxes are tested for safe use, but we recommend opening them on a flat, stable surface and supervising younger recipients during unboxing.
ANY ALLERGENS I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
Each food item in our boxes is individually packaged with storage instructions, best-before dates and allergen information supplied by the manufacturer. We also summarise key details on our product pages. Always check the label before consuming and store products as directed.
