WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship exclusively within Australia.
Shipping to New Zealand may be introduced soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIME
All orders are hand-packed with care at our Sydney location.
If the item is in stock, we typically dispatch it within 48 hours of receiving your order.
During peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day, we prioritise processing to maintain the same 48-hour dispatch timeline.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (metro), 3–7 business days (WA, NT & remote regions)

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, depending on location
Please note: the courier network manages delivery schedules. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing Express Shipping.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
We partner with Australia Post for all deliveries.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
If no one is home, the courier may leave the parcel in a secure location or redirect it to your local post office.

BOX SIZE & WEIGHT
Our handcrafted wooden gift boxes weigh approximately 4–15 kg and measure 30 × 30 × 30 cm.
Shipping costs are automatically applied according to the flat-rate options selected at checkout.
TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly via Australia Post tracking tools.
PICK-UP
We currently do not offer pickup.
As we operate from a private residence, all orders are shipped via our delivery partners.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or missing parcels caused by incorrect address information.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct it.
DAMAGED PARCELS
We package all orders with great care.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us at info@bauxssie.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not available at this time.
Please contact us if you require overseas delivery – in some cases, we may be able to accommodate special requests in the future.
