What are the shipping rates?

Shipping is free on all orders over $150.

For orders under $150, a flat delivery fee of $25 applies Australia-wide. No surprises, no hidden charges.

Where do you ship and which carrier do you use?

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. That includes homes, offices, PO boxes and parcel lockers. Wherever your gift needs to go, we’ll get it there.

How long will it take to get my Bauxssie box?

If the item is in stock, we usually dispatch it within 48 hours. We do our best to send your Bauxssie box as quickly as possible. Once it is with the carrier, delivery time depends on their service and your location. Please place your order in advance to help ensure it arrives on time.

Are the contents of the box always the same?

Most of the time, yes. Each box is curated to a theme and stays consistent. If an item becomes unavailable, we may replace it with an equal or higher-value alternative. We will always let you know before we ship. The overall look and experience of the box remain the same.

How safe and difficult are the opening methods (crowbar, puzzle, maze...)?

It’s all part of the fun—and it’s designed to be safe.

The crowbar version takes a little effort, but you won’t need any tools beyond the one we provide. Puzzle, labyrinth and lock options rely more on brainpower than strength.

If someone prefers not to solve puzzles, we always include an alternative way to open the box.

All boxes are tested for safe use, but we recommend opening them on a flat, stable surface and supervising younger recipients during unboxing.

What storage, shelf life and allergen information should I know about?

Each food item in our boxes is individually packaged with storage instructions, best-before dates and allergen information supplied by the manufacturer. We also summarise key details on our product pages. Always check the label before consuming and store products as directed.

Do you ship internationally or only within Australia?

Currently, we ship within Australia only. We use trusted local carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery nationwide, including to homes, offices, PO boxes and parcel lockers.
