Inside you’ll find a considered mix of Australian-made BBQ essentials: rich, flavour-forward sauces, professional-style rubs that bring meat to life, something to nibble on while the grill is heating up, and a pink Himalayan salt block to finish dishes the way true grill masters do. Each piece was chosen because it adds to the barbecue experience, not just to sit in the box.
And because this is Bauxssie, the experience starts before they even see what’s inside. The Bauxssie box is solid, handmade, and intentionally sealed; it has to be opened with the system you choose (crowbar or saw with puzzle). That turns the gift into a little challenge and makes the unboxing part of the fun.

Each of our handmade wooden boxes comes with either a crowbar or a saw and padlock, depending on the opening system you choose. Made from high-quality materials and crafted with care, it’s designed to last long after the unboxing is done.
Grill - Salt stone

Dimension & Weight
The wooden gift box inside measures 27 × 27 × 27 cm and weighs up to 10 kg, depending on the selected contents. It’s solid, beautifully crafted, and built to last even after the unboxing is done.
The Bauxssie box is delivered in a protective outer carton measuring approximately 30 × 30 × 30 cm.

The crowbar or saw included is made of real metal. These tools are not toys and should be used responsibly. The opening process must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
All Bauxssie boxes are sealed manually with nails or locks, depending on the version. Each opening method is designed to be safe but may require effort.

The wooden box is handmade from high-quality materials. Slight variations in wood grain, colour or finish are normal and part of its unique character.
Items inside the box may shift slightly during shipping. While we pack everything securely, we recommend opening the box on a flat surface.
In rare cases, product availability may vary. If substitution is needed, we ensure that the replacement matches the theme and value of your selected box.

Storage & shelf life: Store in a dry place away from moisture. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth and let it dry completely before storing.
2. Lane’s BBQ – Kinda Sweet sauce (365 ml)
Allergens: Contains MILK.
Storage & shelf life: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within the timeframe on the label.
3. Lane’s BBQ – Lil Spicy sauce
Allergens: Contains MILK.
Storage & shelf life: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within the timeframe on the label.
4. Lane’s BBQ – Mix of spices
Allergens: SESAME, POPPY SEED, MUSTARD, may contain SOY.
Storage & shelf life: Keep sealed, in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Dry rubs are generally best within 12–24 months of packing if kept airtight – always follow the best before on the sachet/

7. Roasted Nuts – Smokey Australian Saltbush
Allergens: Contains TREE NUTS (almonds, macadamias, cashews). May contain: traces of other nuts or seeds if repacked.
Storage & shelf life: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Follow the best-before date on the pack. Once opened, reseal tightly and consume within a few weeks for the best crunch.
When will I get my order?
We pack and ship orders as quickly as we can. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your delivery.
